No. BidSmarter is a decision support tool only. All estimates are calculated risk analyses based on historical data and market averages — not a guarantee of repair costs or profit. See our Terms of Use.
How accurate are the recon estimates?
Cost ranges are based on Alberta market rates and vehicle-specific pricing data. They're designed to give you a realistic range, not an exact quote. Always verify with a mechanic for major repairs before bidding.
What's the difference between Shop and In-House rates?
Send to Shop is what you'd pay an outside repair facility. In-House is the estimated cost if your own techs do the work. Use whichever reflects how you actually operate.
How do I upgrade from Trial to Pro?
Email us at bidsmarter.app@gmail.com and we'll get you set up. Pro accounts include unlimited appraisals, AI condition extraction, Carfax analysis, and OBD AI fallback.
How do I delete my account?
Email bidsmarter.app@gmail.com with your registered email address and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored on Canadian servers (Toronto), transmitted over HTTPS, and never sold to third parties. Passwords are hashed and salted — never stored in plain text.
