Starter or Pro?
Under 10 appraisals a month, packs are cheaper. Past that, Pro at $49 costs less per appraisal than any pack and you get the AI tools. Most buyers who run lanes weekly are in Pro territory within a month.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Buy a 10-pack today and use it at your own pace.
Pro or Elite?
Pro is one account for one buyer: full AI, 30 appraisals a month, $2 each after. Elite is for a store: unlimited appraisals, every buyer on the team under one flat price, recon calibration that learns from your closed deals, and a support line that picks up.
What happens past 30 appraisals on Pro?
Nothing stops. The first time you cross 30 in a month you get a one-time notice that extra appraisals are $2 each; accept it and keep working. Overage is billed at month end. If you're regularly past 60, Elite is the better deal.
Is there a contract?
No. Pro and Elite are month to month; cancel any time. Annual plans are two months free.
Can I try Pro before paying?
A $5 single appraisal runs the whole engine, scanner included, on a real vehicle. If you want to see the AI tools first, email us and we'll open Pro for a few days.
Which scanner do I need?
Any ELM327 Bluetooth Low Energy adapter, about $45. We test on the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ and recommend it; it pairs with Chrome on Android, Windows and Mac with no app to install. iPhone needs the free Bluefy browser.
Does it need a signal at the lane?
The scanner and the core estimate work with a weak connection. The AI tools (auto-fill, photo detection) run in the cloud and need data.
